Financial & Operational Leadership
Big-company financial discipline for growing businesses.
Joe has spent his career working where finance, operations, people, technology, and business strategy intersect.
His experience includes senior financial operations leadership, budgeting and forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, vendor management, business operations, human resources, enterprise technology, and strategic investment oversight.
As Head of Financial Operations at TruBridge, Joe provided financial strategy and operational execution leadership for the company's largest business unit, supporting planning, forecasting, and performance management for more than $225 million in annual revenue.
Earlier in his career at Accenture, Joe was accountable for execution of a $1.5 billion annual operating budget and oversaw forecasting, analytical insights, major investment programs, supplier performance, and strategic operational planning.
That experience shapes the way Woodson Andrews works with clients today. The goal is not to produce another report. It is to give business owners financial information they can trust, explain what it means, and help move the right decisions forward.

Accountability was part of the job long before accounting was.
